Property prices for sale in Alberta region

The price per sq.feet in Alberta has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $313. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at $306 per sq.feet. In the following two months (December, January) the price per sq.feet has risen strongly to a 123 %. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant increase of 143 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of $345.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of $495 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).

Based upon to the price in Alberta(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. October has an average price of $372,608. During November the price had a slight deflation till $352,251. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 219 % going from $362,429.5 to $794,119.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 259 % with respect to the previous four months going from $578,274.5 a $1,499,751.5.

They are 83 % more affordable than the average price in Alberta followed by those with 2 with an average price of $453,949. The cheapest properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 12 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at $808,227.

Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 1 bedroom are the cheapest ones with a price of $309 / sq.feet being $525 / sq.feet the average value within the Alberta region. The properties with the cheapest average price are those with 4 bedrooms. These are 3 % lower than the average followed by those with 3 bedrooms with a price of $394 / sq.feet.
