Property prices for sale in British Columbia region

The price per sq.feet in British Columbia has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $933. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at $937 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from $935 to $898 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant decrease of 84 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of $916.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of $770.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
