Property prices for sale in Ontario region
The average price in the Ontario region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Ontario has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $943. The following month (November) the price increased to $1,025 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) there has been a deflation of 94 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of $953.25 to $960 during February and March.

During November it went through a strong inflation reaching $882,313 The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from $813,623 to $876,495. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 120 % with respect to the previous four months going from $845,059 a $1,017,404.5.

The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 11 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of $996 / sq.feet.
